We are a SaaS design company that sticks to our principles

Users don’t come first

business comes

This doesn’t mean ignoring the users. Every business will benefit from understanding its users better and making the product better for them. Being user-centered is a good thing. But it’s a good thing because it’s good for the business.

Structure is key

but good UI matters

This doesn’t mean ignoring the users. Every business will benefit from understanding its users better and making the product better for them. Being user-centered is a good thing. But it’s a good thing because it’s good for the business.

Design is a process

Not a one off event

There is no overnight success. We work in short iterations: ship, learn, repeat. The product gets better every week with real feedback.

Measure what matters

Outcomes over pixels

Pretty for the sake of pretty is not the goal. We tie decisions to metrics such as activation, retention, time to value, and revenue. We leave a maintainable design system that keeps those KPIs moving.

We’re not a fit for everyone

Fitcheck read the list below and if several points describe you we are not a match

You’re not building a SaaS product

You have no time to communicate with a designer

Your design budget is under $10K

You want a logo, banner, or a single landing page

You expect a “magic overnight redesign”

Got questions?

What is the minimum contract duration?

The shortest contract we offer is 2 months. However, many of our clients stick around for much longer, sometimes even for years.

Can you do mobile and landing page designs?

Absolutely, our UI/UX design agency handles both web and mobile interfaces. While we don’t take on landing pages as standalone projects, if we’re designing your product, we’ll definitely make those landing pages part of the whole experience.

Will my designer be limited to their timezone?

Most of our designers are in GMT+2, while our clients are mainly in the US. So, here’s how we make it work:

  • If you’re on the US East Coast, for instance, you’re 7 hours behind us. We can catch up and have meetings until your noon.
  • Then, while you’re off, we’re working away, and by the time you’re up the next day, you’ll see we’ve made some magic happen overnight.
  • Plus, we often send you updates through Loom videos, so you can check them out whenever it’s convenient for you.

How long does it take to start?

You can begin almost immediately. We keep a few designers on the bench so a specialist can join your project as early as tomorrow.

Do you support part-time subscriptions?

Yes. You can engage a full-time or a part-time designer. For exact options and rates, see the pricing page.

Can I interview a designer and see their portfolio?

Yes. During the trial intro call you can ask questions and review recent work. Day to day we handle hiring, training, and matching so you get the best fit without extra effort.

What if I do not click with a designer?

It happens rarely. If the match is not right we provide a quick replacement.

Can your designers handle complex and technical B2B use cases?

Absolutely. We work with data-heavy and domain-specific products from AI analytics to geospatial tools. If your brief is challenging we are ready to dive in.

Can you integrate into our processes?

Yes. We join your Slack, follow your tracker, and attend your standups and reviews. The goal is smooth collaboration as if we were in-house.

Can we scale the team if needed?

Yes. The subscription is flexible so you can scale up or down depending on workload. Clients value the freedom it provides compared to hiring in-house.
